  1. Admit it- Quickest thing you can do is admit it and acknowledge it , when you’ll accept is it will help you to move forward and take other decisions. You can either make chaos out of it or accept it.
  2. Two-Options- Either you can sit and cry all day long and complain. Blame everyone and everything or you can get up and find a solution, or just try to look for solutions. At least trying can get you somewhere or closer to the solution.
  3. The feel-good fact- Don’t look out for external motivation on web which just makes you feel on top of world for some time and then take you down again. Look in for some real inspiration.
  4. The true people- During this time you’ll get a clear vision of your true friends and mentors who’ll stand by you no matter what happens. Everyone is there in good times but there are few who are in bad times too.
  5. Count on your blessings- The best thing to do rather than self-sabotaging is to count on your privileges and blessings.
  6. The best version- Whenever you come out of a storm you are never the same person similarly during the worst phases best faces of yourself can be discovered , only if you have the intention and make a effort.
